None. VelvetPlan does not ask for an email address, a phone number or any other identifier, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. The display name you set is stored locally so the app can greet you; it never leaves your phone.
To make the app work, VelvetPlan stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to VelvetPlan or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
VelvetPlan requests no runtime permissions and never touches your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or files. The Android manifest declares android.permission.INTERNET, which comes with the standard Flutter project template and is not used: the app makes no network requests. It is a normal, non-dangerous permission, so Android never prompts you for it.
VelvetPlan is fully offline. It has no HTTP client, no web view and no remote endpoints, and works the same in airplane mode. The only outbound action is one you start yourself: tapping Share progress hands a short summary of your own study numbers to the system share sheet, and you choose where it goes. VelvetPlan does not send it anywhere itself.
None are integrated. There is no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, attribution or tracking library, and no cookies or tracking pixels. The app uses open-source Flutter packages for local storage (sqflite, shared_preferences), charts, animation and the system share sheet (share_plus); none of them collect or transmit data.
VelvetPlan collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) and under 16 (GDPR-K). With nothing collected or transmitted, there is no child data for us to hold or disclose. The app has no chat, no public content and no advertising.
Your data never leaves your device, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. You can edit or delete any card or deck in the app, reset a deck's progress from its options menu, and uninstalling VelvetPlan permanently removes the database and preferences. There is no cloud backup, so uninstalling cannot be undone.
If this policy ever changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
